If available, photos, X-rays and an Australian quote can be sent to the clinic for initial review.

The final clinical decisions are made by the treating dentist after the required assessment.

Relevant X-rays and clinical photos are completed as part of the clinic assessment.

You meet the dentist with your translator and discuss the proposed treatment options.

Final plan & cost
The clinic confirms the final treatment plan and fixed treatment cost. You can consider the plan before deciding whether to proceed.
If you approve the treatment plan: payment is made directly to the clinic and treatment can commence.
After treatment
Support does not finish when you leave the clinic.
Follow the treating dentist's aftercare instructions and keep the clinic contact details available. Your Smile Journey can continue to help with communication and practical follow-up questions.
