About Us

Personal experience behind Your Smile Journey.

Your Smile Journey was created in Melbourne after our founder personally travelled to Vietnam for major dental treatment. That experience involved 17 crowns, four implants, two bone grafts and four root canals, with a later treatment stage after healing.

Before choosing Vietnam, our founder had already experienced dental treatment overseas while working in Malaysia. When later faced with major Australian dental quotes, he researched a number of international options before deciding to travel to Vietnam.

The purpose of Your Smile Journey is to make that process easier to understand for other Australians—not to tell anyone they should travel for treatment.

How Your Smile Journey is supported

No separate client support fee.

There is no fee to speak with Australian customer support, including after you receive an estimate and decide whether you want to travel.

If you travel to Vietnam, attend the clinic consultation and assessment, and then decide to proceed with treatment through a clinic that Your Smile Journey helps introduce or co-ordinate with, Your Smile Journey may receive a small referral fee from the clinic.

Clear boundaries

The clinic provides the dental treatment.

The clinic provides the treatment plan, confirms the final treatment cost and receives payment directly for the dental work. Your Smile Journey is not a dental practice and does not diagnose, prescribe or provide dental or medical advice.

Your decision remains yours. Our role is to help you understand the process and practical arrangements before, during and after the trip.
